here are the transitions that I could figure out:

Here are ones that I find curious:
meditation => Miley Cyrus (really?)
boy => Groucho Marx => eloping
I think that if you listen to enough NPR, it can be in the middle of any two subjects (I heard a story about that on NPR the other day...)
